Since day one, Orkestra has been built around a single idea: making C&I feasibility analysis faster, easier, and more accessible for energy teams. Every update we ship is a step towards that — and this one is a big one!
Introducing the new Projects Dashboard - a complete rebuild of the Orkestra Plan homepage.
The new projects dashboard gives you and your team a complete, organised view of every project you're working on at a glance, from the moment you log in. No more spreadsheets on the side, no more chasing your team for updates. Just a clear picture of your pipeline, exactly when you need it.
Watch the video below with Head of Customer Success Andie Dertouzos to see how it all works, then read on for the full details.
The bigger your project list gets, the harder it is to stay across everything. Which stage is each project at? Who is still working on what? How many projects have you assessed and closed — how many have you won? The new Plan dashboard is built to answer those questions instantly — with three powerful new ways to view your entire C&I project pipeline the moment you log in.
The familiar view, now with project status front and centre. See all your projects in one scrollable list, with the ability to filter and sort by status at a glance.

Switch to the kanban board to see all your projects organised by status across clearly defined buckets — Started, In Review, Completed, Shared with Customer, Closed Won, and Closed Lost.
Everything your team is working on, organised visually, in one place.

See every project that's currently in flight, plotted on a map. Zoom in to a region and your project list updates to show only what's in that area — zoom back out and the full picture comes back into view.
A completely new way to understand where your work is concentrated and stay across a regional pipeline at a glance.

Thanks to the project dashboard you'll now be able to organise your pipeline efficiently by:
You will notice on the homepage you now have the button to 'Create a New Project' in the top left corner, which will bring up a new project modal. This is the first of many updates to come that will help you streamline how you create projects, providing a simplified, guided experience to make feasibility analysis faster, easier and more accurate - with less room for mistakes.

Within the new modal, you can now set a location upfront — and that location locks in the energy market from the start. Tariffs and market-specific libraries are automatically filtered to show only what's relevant for your project, so everything is consistent from day one with no manual cross-checking required.
For those regions where Bill Scan is available, you can also now start a Bill Scan directly from the new project modal - fully integrated with the new site baseline, so you can scan your customer's energy bill and flow straight into setup without switching between workflows. And of course, manual setup is still available so you can build from scratch.
The redesigned dashboard is the latest in a series of updates we've been shipping as part of an ongoing uplift to streamline the way you assess and manage your projects in Orkestra - making it even easier to use and more accessible for your entire team.
In the last 6 months we've also overhauled the project setup process to better support more global energy markets and better modelling for sites with existing solar, introduced our AI Bill Scan functionality to speed up project setup, and integrated our Masestro AI Assistant into every stage of your process (and those are just the big ones!).
Behind every update to Orkestra Plan is the same intention: less friction, fewer errors, and a smarter platform that feels like it was built for your market - because it was. Localised libraries, intelligent defaults, and workflows designed around how you actually work. We're looking forward to sharing more exciting updates with you soon!
The new dashboard is available in Australia and New Zealand from Monday 9th March, with a global rollout on Monday 16th March. Log in, explore it, and stay tuned.
